“Amnesia & Hypermnesia” seeks to transcend photography's documentary and memorial qualities, aiming to do more than simply representing moments and memories from the past.

These works explore memory and forgetting, layering and juxtaposing a spectrum of different approaches and experiences. Images are interpolated, altered, and printed with unusual techniqes, re-situating the camera lens within the act of remembering. This photographic act confronts the image, and the viewer, with a multiplicity of approaches and creative methods.
